The welcoming interiors can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. There is a double bedroom with a balcony, a second bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with an induction hob and dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
A highlight of the property is its private enclosed garden, with space to dine and unwind outdoors. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a parking space complete the amenities.
A quiet base for beach days and exploring the surrounding coast, including Forte dei Marmi just a few kilometres away.
